"My only complaint is the room shower is not private and the toilet door is frosted glass. this made sharing a room with a friend awkward. I will be returning to this hotel in the future with my husband. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help with anything I needed or just to chat about the hotel, excursions and info about Nairobi. "
