"Property as described and very secure and beautiful setting. Communication with host excellent but did not meet face to face during 11 night stay. Personal touch of an in person welcome would have been nice but not essential. No welcome pack, which we typically experience - just to get started, we were originally due to arrive on a Sunday evening and it would have been very difficult to get essentials for first day. Getting in and out to Perugia easy with Public transport links and parking in...

"Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. The siting of the apartment was a plus as we were able to witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our eyrie."

All rooms are comfortable and clean but you will spend most of your waking time in the main living room where there are windows on three sides. The balcony is large enough for a meal for two, and the kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to cook it. The hosts are fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment."
