"The staff was amazing from the entrance entrance. The parking area was amazing. They have bikes on loan that were amazing. The room was excellent. The food here is great, the dinner is a little bit bit on the high inside not the greatest for family. But the location of this hotel is amazing. I was able to park my car and drive almost everywhere. The lakefront are awesome. The lakefront snack bars awesome. The pool is great. I would 100% stay here again, I have nothing bad to say about this place. Just excellent . "

"I loved the views and that we had access to amazing grocery store (similar to Whole Foods) with a 15 minute walk (it’s moderate intensity to walk as some of it is uphill.) loved the huge rooms , even with the kitchen and all the amenities of an apartment and of course the balcony! "

"This property is exactly described as its title- the Pearl. It overlooks such Beautiful mountain side Lakes, and depending on your room location, you will awake by A Majestic View of Lake Como. The restaurant has limited early closing hours for dinner, and there is a shuttle service fee to go to and from town where you have a wider variety of options. The Young Ladies at the front desk are just friendly and helpful as can be, they really make you feel right at home. "

"Great hotel and location with amazing views, a long jacuzzi facing Lake Como, excellent, warm staff and service, terrific pool, ultra-modern gym, probably best breakfast buffet you will find at any high-end hotel, (and complimentary), easy 5 min walk to city center and restaurants. Room very modern and understated style, that could have used a little more artistic decor, but still, an absolutely great hotel experience."

"This is the perfect location to access all that Como has to offer, it's close to the ferry to other places on lake Como. There is a myriad of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was helpful and polite. This was our second stay at this location and I recommend it. "
