"The head boards were soiled and dusty. Had to ask the staff to clean the room again, which they but not satisfactorily. The towels are worn out, and so are the bed sheets. Damp smell in the bathrooms. Poor lighting in the room. Dusty windows. Tv that doesnt work etc etc"

"Comfortable stay. Food was not the best but it was OK. Breakfast was good. Kettle in the room did not work and there was no sugar for morning coffee but these are small things. I have been visiting Sherbourne since 2005 and it's always comfortable. "
