Throughly enjoyed our stay, such a beautiful setting. Staff very pleasant & helpful. In particular our evening meal in the restaurant was exceptional. We live just outside London and having dined at numerous restaurants in the capital they could charge double. Though the hotel lets itself down on a few points that are easily rectified. Firstly there are signs for the Cafe but there isn’t one. Nor is there a bar. More than once we had to literally go into the kitchen to get hold of someone to request a drink. If you’re not going to have these facilities & serve people then your staff need to be present and attentive. The hotel has a number of rooms which don’t appear to serve any purpose these be converted to a bar or cafe. Plus no air conditioning in the rooms make for an uncomfortable night sleep.

A little gem hide in the middle of the Alps. We loved our stay here. Food was fantastic, our room beautiful and the surroundings incredible!!

Nice hotel very quiet location - room was clean decent bed. Breakfast was ok hotel was quiet so wasn’t the full buffet that I was expecting. WiFi gets switched off at 23.00 why I have no idea but if you want to send an email or use your smart phone you can’t. There is no 3G coverage there and barely any phone signal so WiFi is important.

The hotel is located in the woods. Excellent location to forget about busy city life and reconnect with yourself. The food was excellent. The hotel restaurant in the evening was the best food we ate in the whole Bavaria. The sauna and steam room areas was so clean and relaxing. We rented the ebikes and cycled along the lake. Beautiful experience as the cycle path is within a natural path. The hotel could do improving their pillows.
