"Music in dining area was too loud. Similar to earlier trip. They take 10-20 min to reduce the volume. The phone for external call kept silent. Difficult to contact if outside"

"A good option for Mysuru. We had a good room on a floor which provides evening drinks and through the day relaxation - it was worth it. A beautiful flute player in the mornings gives a touch of classic India which we loved, however the general music played through the foyer and corridors is very repetitive and basic … would love some canartic music."

"Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff."

"The room requires fresh coat of painting. The door bell is not functioning. Night latch is non existent. Warm water in toilet is dependent on solar & hence not reliable. Restaurant is a noisy place. Hotel is expensive for the quality of service "

"Age of the property is showing up.. Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "

"It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. "Reasonably OK for the price, Parking and approach to the Hotel(the road is very congested, and other vehicles are parked waywardly on the road making it difficult to reach the Hotel).
