Immerse yourself in contemporary country style while being ideally located less than a five-minute drive to Mudgee’s eateries and shops. Organise a tour of the region's renowned cellar doors and come home to sip a glass of local wine while while BBQing a feast on the patio or cosying up around the fire pit. Inside, central heating and cooling keep things comfortable while you relax in dual living areas, work remotely from the study nook and cook in the gourmet, monochrome-clad kitchen.
Guests are welcomed by stylish an open-plan living with a chef's kitchen, elegantly appointed with premium appliances and finishes and stocked with everything you would need to cook and enjoy meals at home. You’ll find a dishwasher for easy clean-up, an air fryer, shopping trolley bags, a 'Nespresso' Breville coffee pod machine, and an eight-seater table for dining and socialising, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar and a butler's pantry to store all your provisions.

Should you wish to dine alfresco, an undercover patio—complete with a BBQ, outdoor lounge and table—offers a relaxed setting overlooking the fenced backyard. A fire pit invites you to spend evenings under the stars roasting marshmallows and telling stories. At the end of the day, choose between the cosy living area where two sofas nestled around the TV are perfect for settling in with movie, or the dedicated media room where you’ll find a generous sofa and large TV ensuring everyone has space to unwind.

Four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms sleep eight guests, with the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a walk-in robe and the remaining three bedrooms all offering queen beds and built-in robes. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and central air conditioning for year-round comfort. The immaculately presented primary ensuite offers a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, while the main bathroom features a luxurious freestanding bathtub. Additional conveniences include a washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, four parking spaces, and free on-street parking.

Last-Minute Just Right
The property was a last-minute booking after our original booking fell through. The property was clean, location was great - just on the outskirts of town, there were more than ample appliances and the host was extremely accommodating to our requests. Communication was maintained throughout our stay and would recommend to a group of friends or family for a short get away in Mudgee.

Great for the long weekend.
A new property, clean, well presented. The owners have set the house up with everything you could need. It does still have construction going on around it and it is not walking distance back to cafes and the pubs. Other that is is clean, fresh, in a quiet location and with seperate TV room suited family and friends easily.
