The first lounge area offers a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for cosy evenings. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for eight, leading into the spacious TV lounge with split-system air conditioning. There is another sitting area to enjoy a read in peace and an office for those working remotely. The farmhouse kitchen, complete with an espresso machine, dishwasher, and cooking essentials, opens to a large covered patio. A lounge suite and BBQ encourage summer evenings at home, while days are best spent poolside soaking up the sunshine.

The property features four bedrooms designed for maximum comfort with ceiling fans. The primary suite is furnished with a king-sized bed, as well as a cheerfully yellow two-way bathroom that connects to the second bedroom, which has twin beds. Bedrooms three and four each contain queen-sized beds and share the main bathroom, which offers both a bath and a shower.

Ample parking is available on the driveway, with two spaces under the carport. While access is via a dirt road, this is suitable for 2WD vehicles.
