"We had a fantastic stay at the property over New Year. The house was clean, comfortable and lots to do. The host was extremely helpful and made the check in process easy, The location was great, only a 10 minute walk in Swanage, you do have to walk up a hill to get back to the house, which wasn’t an issue for us "

"I booked this property 5 months ago and on the day of arrival, the host told me we would be staying in a completely different property to the one booked due to a ‘double booking’. I felt this could have been communicated to me at the time of booking and not on the day I was due to arrive so alternative accommodation could’ve been sorted. I’m really disappointed and this experience has spoiled what should have been a relaxing weekend away with friends."

"House was clean but nothing was provided not even tea sugar salt and pepper! Only one towel per bed! Small house and not worth the price what we paid. Too much! "

"Really lovely spot. Bedrooms are ideal for a family with little kids living the bunk beds!House was always lovely warm, and it was in a great location. "

"We stayed 2 nights. Booking and check-in couldnt have been easier. The apartment is in a great location and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was clean and tidy, with good heating and hot water. The shower was powerful, and the bed was comfy. We were able to watch our own Amazon and Netflix on the tv via the Google tv if you do this just remember to log out of your accounts on the tv before you leave. The wifi was decent. "Hotel was very welcoming and helpful at check in . Room was spotless and very spacious with everything I needed for my stay. Bed was very comfy and had a very restful night . No noise from other guests . I was travelling with my 2 year old grandson and we received a child’s activity pack at checkin and they provided a child’s play room which he loved . All staff helpful and very friendly. "
