"Wonderful customer service and the aircon was a welcome relief in the heat. The property was in OK condition and the cleaners were so considerate and helpful. Breakfast was OK with fresh tropical fruits, eggs, toast, juice and coffee. Having the restaurant onsite was great when we just wanted to stay in. TV reception was terrible so we watched movies on our computer which wasnt a problem as the internet was fast (unlike in the villages where reception isnt great). My highlight was the lovely gentleman who works security at night when reception goes home. He was so relaxed, friendly and helpful and was available to see that I got safely to my room when returning late at night from a family funeral. Malo aupito. "

"I came for my fathers funeral. We live right behind the hotel but it was too crowded at the house so I booked a room here. The owners offered free rooms for those who came for the funeral but I booked via Expedia so that I could feel as if Im supporting our local businesses. The service was top notch and friendly. Anytime I locked myself out or had questions or concerns, the employees were always there to help with a smile. The amenities worked well for my needs. The free breakfast came in handy and was surprisingly refreshing, delicious, and offered quite a selection. I was highly satisfied with my stay and highly recommend Little Italy for your stay in Tongatapu. Thank you owners and staff of Little Italy!"

"Wow!! Winnies B&B became my home away from home. The place is so neat, tidy, clean and so comfortable. The owner was just so hospitable, warm and kind- pretty much a mom. Nothing was ever stolen or missing and felt so comfortable leaving my stuff when leaving. The staff cleaned up after us and even did our washing so that when we came back we could just relax. On our first day we were so busy we couldnt stop for dinner but the owner asked us if we had eaten and prepared some traditional tongan food, out of the kindness of her heart. I truly appreciated it. I also loved the various and beautiful natural plants that were everywhere on the property. I will definitely make sure to come back here at Winnies B&B Thank you so much for being my home away from home.😇 "
