"This hotel is amazing. The location was very suitable for me as everything was 10 to 15 minutes away. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The generosity and kindness of the staff is unmatched. They give fruits and complimentary nescafe and tea. We also needed something from the market, they went and got it for us. "This is the most terrible stay I have had in years. They charged me more than $170 a night for terrible service. They don’t have land line so the communications was none. Room was not clean, no tv in the bedroom. Basic stuff was not there I had to call them for toilette papers, chairs , electric kettle , towel etc. this hotel is not recommended by any standards"

"Very nice view and nice apartment. Elie was friendly and provided immediate help for check in. The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise every time we made a small move or sat on them. No ACs in the flat is an issue in the summer for sure. "Quaint hotel in the city of Aley. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We appreciate that they went out of their way to go to a store at night and pick up some necessities for us (they would not even accept a tip). The WiFi worked well. The hotel room itself was very spacious but old and definitely needs renovation. The A/C only worked in the bedroom and cleanliness could be improved. But overall, I would stay here again. "
