"This was a nice property very close to the beach. The owner was super nice and involved. He showed us around and showed us where to eat in the area. The only downside was the shower which had salty water so when you showered it was like showering with ocean water. "

"Hemos estado muy agusto en el hotel Amani, un lugar tranquilo, acogedor y familiar. Ana nos ha tratado muy bien, los empleados simpáticos, los desayunos excelentes. El lugar está en segunda línea de playa. "It is a great simple accommodation. Nothing fancy, but it is quite cosy. The couple running the place is very nice and friendly and can give you some nice tips of what to do in the area. The rooms are simple, nothing fancy at all but all in line with the price. And to be honest you won't be spending time in the room in a place like Zanzibar. "i did a very late check in and what i found was a smile from staff upon my arrival, a very quiet place with a huge clean pool, awsome food options and a full mini bar inside the room. big smart screen tv and great A/C unit. the beach is almos endless in low tide and the beauty expands for miles. "Very friendly staff. We had the room that had the patio next to the pool. Very convenient for morning and eveving swimming. We went only once to the larger pools on the property. The Jetty and Mango bars were fun and had very good drinks. Food at the Indian restaurant was fantastic and the best meal we had on the property. Sadly we did not get a chance to try the Italian restaurant. We did not know that it needed a reservation like the Indian restaurant. The snack bar by the Mango bar had good snacks, popcorn, peanuts, hotdogs, etc. We will be going back again next year."

"My stay was amazing! The staff were all super friendly and very accommodating! I had a 24 hour butler names Ramadhan, he was THEE BEST! Only downside is that the resort is pretty remote from restaurants, shops, etc so you will have to take a taxi or possibly rent a car. But i would definitely come back! "
