"1st time in Malta. Stayed at the Westin due to location, convenience, and amenities. We had a phenomenal time, and the staff were all so very friendly! I’d highly recommend if staying in Malta. (And if a casino is your thing, the Casino Dragonara is walkable from the Westin.)"

The hotel offered lots of complimentay trips which we took advantage of. The beach club was the main reason we booked the hotel and kt was great other than being a bit too busy on the weekend it was great with a nice pool and access to the sea."

"The hotel is very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Had some minor issues with our AC, but Engineering jump on it immediately. Within walking distance to many great bars and restaurants as well. Only wish that they had outlets near the sinks so my wife could use her hairdryer, but apparently it is a local law that you cannot have an electrical device close to any water. Made it difficult for my wife to dry her hair."

A great location for easy walking into Valletta but still a quiet location with all the facilities and ambience that you would expect of a 5 star hotel that is right next to the sea. The buffet breakfast was great with a big selection of options to choose from. My only very minor criticism is that the hot items of the buffet breakfast (bacon, sausage, beans, etc.) were not kept quite as hot as I would have liked."

"We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Its a short distance from the airport and easy to find. Well connected for buses which ran regularly. We hired a car, parking all over malta is a nightmare but especially around this hotel, it was near a school and the university so we never attempted parking near the accommodation as there was never a space free. We found space approximately a 10 min walk away which suited us. The hotel was fairly quiet, we were on the 10th floor and our only complaint about our whole time there was being woken up daily by people above in the pool area, presumably workers setting up for the day. They made lots of noise, moving things around on the concrete floor which created sound right through into the bedroom we were in below. It wasn't a pleasant way to be woken up each morning. We used the gym which was clean, well equipped, the rooftop pool was also a nice addition but we never used it. The room was clean when we arrived and there's signs everywhere saying rooms are only cleaned after 8 days which we didn’t mind, they provide clean towels on request. The room was cleaned, and fresh bedding provided on day 8 but we left the next morning. We felt this was a little pointless for the housekeeping team having to do it all over again less than 24 hours later. Overall we would stay here again, preferably on a lower floor but it was centrally located and provided a good base to explore Malta. "

"Very nice staff, upgraded to renovated suite. Quality restaurants. Only complaint was having to wear wristbands by the pool and on the beach (low class for a five star property to require this)."
