" This was my second time staying at IBB, and it was just as good as the first! The place is super clean, the rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the location is perfect—right in the middle of everything, so it’s easy to get around. The staff are amazing—really friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. Overall, I had another great stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!"

"Location was close to the old town and plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean and plenty of space in single rooms. Reception staff was always keen to help - even if you want to post a letter or collect an item from paczkomat they will be here to assist and inform how to do it. Spa area was great too - clean and not too full so you can enjoy it even in the evenings. Breakfast was not the best choice but there are plenty of great breakfast options locally. "Brilliant location. Our floor didnt have a direct lift which was fine but maybe not for others.. Bottom of shower was coming away and bathroom curtains falling down which wasnt helped by the shower being right in front of the window. Would stay again purely for location"

"Hotel was amazing. Room was huge, modern and clean. The hotel leads onto a Main Street of Gdansk near shops, restaurants and bars. Not far from the old town, near the market square and also the newer side of town. Would recommend this hotel. "

"I loved this hotel. The single room was quite large and clean and they were generous with the toiletries. No noise issues, and the location is great. The fish and chips at the restaurant and the service overall was great. I also really enjoyed the bottle of cava I received as a VIP. Would definitely stay there again."
