"Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency !"

Beautiful old city, but downtown awfully crowded and noisy. Hotel is in a very good location, has a lot of character. Taxis easy to get nearby. Unfortunately, everything was closed down just before we got there, so we couldn't go to many places.

Merida and outlying areas are absolutely beautiful. If you haven’t been there you need to go. You will not be sorry. Lovely colonial areas, beautiful old buildings, good facilities for Dentist and medical in Merida, lovely malls. MUST SEE
