More water flow makes it easier to adjust the temperature. The bedroom has a lovely big comfortable bed and usefully sized table with plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. "Light, bright spacious kitchen dining area. Good sized bedrooms. Lovely open living area with comfy sofas. The garden is a bonus for drying wetsuits or, more importantly, sitting out in of an evening with a beer or two. The property has its own parking area alongside the house, separate from the car park, which you wouldn’t know was there without looking. A really quiet area within 2 minutes stroll the town centre."

Perfect location 5 mins walk from the beach, shop, pub, takeaways. 5 min drive from Cardigan which happened to be holding a food festival on the Saturday when we popped in to get wetsuits. I picked this house as pet friendly for my 1 yr old dog but 2 days prior to arriving the info for check in arrived and says dogs arent allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture - our dog sleeps in our room so this was instantly an issue so we ended up sleeping on the sofas. The photos bear no resemblance to the current state of the site which is totally overgrown, this has happened over a number of years and not just a summer growth spurt.
