"Beautiful rooms, fantastic location. Poor communication before arriving. They never responded to any of my emails or messages to help coordinate transfers or even to confirm our booking. Breakfast is available but for €15 I preferred walking to local bakeries. Very walkable area. Lots of construction but not at night. Would stay again. "

I may be spelling their names wrong but I am forever grateful for the staff at Parocks. While arriving night one in Athens, my husband noticed he forgot part of his CPAP mask. I was not able to locate a replacement in Athens. The staff at Parocks were able to locate a replacement through a supply company and get it shipped to Parocks in time for our arrival. I am forever grateful for the kindness of the hotel staff! "

"If you’re looking for a little hideaway, this quaint little Hotel is it! The location is perfect right on one of the most Beautiful stretches of beach in Naxos. I can’t praise the staff more! They were amongst the most hospitable people I have ever encountered in my life. So grateful for their hospitality. The property is out of the way, but a short walk gets you to the bus stop to take you to town for a very reasonable 2.5 euros. The beauty of it is they have a beach bar, a restaurant, a pool and horse back riding on the beach literally next door. The food in Naxos is incredible! Loved it loved it! "

"The hotel is quite large and the area very convenient to both shop and services and a beach. The room we had was large and had everything we needed. Staff at the front desk gave us different answers to similar questions so it was a bit confusing (eg using the phone). The pool is very nice but it would be nice if it opened before 11am. Breakfast was very good."
