"We had a wonderful stay at the Rafkos mansion. Stelios the owner took us wherever we needed to go and we had delicious meals at one of the local restaurants. It would be wise to have a car because it’s in a village about 30mins. from Heraklion. Stelios is the definition of Greek hospitality! "

"Tris Ekklisies is a small quiet village with several Tavernas, a small supermarket and sveral nice beaches. There is also possibility to explore the mountains with vultures and many other birds. However, in August it is certainly too hot to do long walkings, a good thing for spring and autum.
