The house itself is beautifully appointed with upscale furnishings and fully equipped with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay.Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful views from the comfortable front porch or taking a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Located just a short drive Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas, Devils Den State Park, White Rock, the Buckhorn OHV Trail System or Fort Smith. This cabin is the perfect base for exploring all the area has to offer. Whether you're looking to hike, fish, kayak or simply relax in a picturesque location, this is the perfect spot for your next getaway. ***The property is located on a dirt road that is steep. In the winter months when it is snowy or icy a 4 wheel drive vehicle would be needed.

We had three older couples that stayed at the property. We loved the location and the veiw and especially the hot tub. there were some great hikes near by as well that we enjoyed. Would definitely rent this again.

Great getaway for our family.
We had a great time. House is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space to hang out on the front porch, enjoy the view, the whirlpool. House is at end of country road so no worries about traffic. Very close to Lake Fort Smith and not far from Devils Den. Hope to stay here again.

Lake View Beauty
We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful lake view from the spacious covered porch. The perfect place for reading, bird watching, relaxing in the hot tub, and napping! The home was very clean, wonderfully decorated, and oh, so comfortable and inviting. The grounds were well manicured, boasting of gorgeous flowers and potted plants. Highly recommend for a quiet, secluded get away.

Very relaxing location!
The owners obviously stay/vacation in this house because it shows. Very comfortable with a "your home" feel. We will definitely rent this location on the west side of Arkansas again. No reason to try any other location. Views really are spectacular and you feel very secluded. Plenty of room outside for the dogs to run and play and that would go for children as well. We drove trucks so no problem getting in and out. If you have a sports car, don't think that will work out, too low for rock driveway. We really loved this place and hated to move on so soon.

BEST RENTAL EVER!!
Please don’t make us leave, it feels like we’re being kicked out of heaven!! This place is phenomenal! I’ve been doing rentals for a little over 9 years and we do them frequently. Needless to say we’ve stayed in a lot of rentals. Some were fancier, some were bigger, but none came with the number of amenities or SPECTACULAR VIEW that this house has. It was extremely clean and well appointed, and the owners thought of everything, down to adding USB ports in every room and a phone charger next to the bed. Speaking of the bed, you’ll never want to leave it! The owners have planted gorgeous flowers and blooming trees all around the property and there was even a small garden producing fresh vegetables out back. If I could give this house TEN STARS I would. Extremely secluded and private. Don’t miss the giant hot tub, it was a dream.

Our group of 5 absolutely enjoyed our stay. Incredible view. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the front porch. Excellent water pressure. The place is just as described however so much better in person.

Secluded and beautiful home for a rejuvenating retreat!!!
This property is amazing for a getaway with some friends. It was just us 3 girls, and the house was perfect. The home is secluded from the main roads and has beautiful views of the lake. Coffee every morning on the porch; wine in the evenings on the porch. Truly a place to get away for some rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
