"I was not aware that this location was predominantly where students stay, so if you are someone who wants a very quiet place this may not be best however it did not bother me. The apartment itself was extremely well kept, and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at somewhere with such good cooking utensils. Everything looked brand new. The bed I slept in (middle room) was very comfortable and I wish I would’ve checked what brand and model it was before checking out since I’m getting a new bed soon.....

"Our stay at Franklin Place was ideal. The apartment is super clean and comfortable with many nice welcoming touches. The location and neighborhood allowed us to walk safely at night to the Morrison Center at Boise State and other evenings to dinner downtown. Access to the foothill hiking trails are right out the door and the mountain road to Bogus Basin is just a few minutes away. We will definitely book again when visiting Boise.
