"We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. The whole booking and check in experience was seamless, amenities great and house comfortable. We stayed on a cold weekend (well cold for us) so the fire was amazing and kept us nice and warm. We loved seeing the donkeys and other animals. The rooster made himself heard but we loved hearing it. Only thing that was hard for us was heating up the spa but maybe we were just inpatient. "Jack and Karen were fantastic and the cottage was wonderful. The gardens were a special highlight and we certainly intend to go back. The verandah and views were stunning. The only confusion was that it's listed as 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 2 and there was 1 bedroom with 2 fold out couches and 1 bathroom.? It didn't matter as there was only 2 people. "

"Having endured lockdown in Sydney it was nice to get out and away from Sydney for the night. The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. Glorious views from the balcony and nice and secluded at the bottom of the property. Comfortable bed and well presented the cabin had everything you could need. "Its always nice returning back staying 4 nights in Leisure inn Spires Leura close to the train station over the road and shops and cafe's down the road walking distance is great but iv found that the staff members at Reception on Checking in to be cheeky and fed up when asking for more tea coffee and Bin liners so felt like i couldn't go back and ask for more things i needed. My room was nice and clean i was given room 6 on the ground floor of the Lawson apartment block the only problem pswas...

Great activities offered. A lovely family hotel.

"Rooms (221 & 219) were large and clean. Bedding was comfortable and enjoyed a good couple of nights sleep. Coffee & Food was excellent although pricey (this is typical in any Accor facility to offset their Accor Club dining discounts). Staff were excellent (long suffering)from front of house to restaurant and housekeeping. Be prepared for pandemonium during the weekend with kids and tired or entitled parents. Huge range of activites (indoor/outdoor pools, taboggan, ice rink, gym, kids train etc) both at the hotel and nearby. Resort showing some signs of getting tired but overall still a good 4 star standard."
