House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator. "Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot."

"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

"This was a beautiful home set in the nicest town. Our first trip to NY and this was the best part of it all. Waking up every morning to the beautiful views, and deer in the backyard made our stay feel so relaxing. The home was very spacious and comfortable. It had eveything we needed and more. Every room was spacious and the beds were so soft, we fell right to sleep. We were here for our boys All Star Village baseball tournament and we were five minutes away which made commuting back and forth...
