"Not a bad hotel. The breakfast is good, but the pool was under renovation so we couldn't use it. It does seem just a little expensive at $100 or so per night Sunday and Monday. "

"Stayed here for a short weekend getaway in winter, absolutely gorgeous place. Off the beaten track, but easy enough to get to some fun places around. House was cozy as you can ask for, wood stove, wood paneling, comfy bed and a couch you can doze off while listening to the fire crackling. Do be aware that you're not in a very good cell-signal area, as we got a bit turned around heading around the nearby park, and some of the "roads" marked on Google Maps are actually snowmobile trails that Google thinks are roads. The manager supplied a lot of great maps which helped a ton. Highly recommend Drooly Bear!"

"Every year my friends and I rent a cabin for New Years Eve. As our group has begun to grow with marriages and relationships, it’s gotten increasingly more difficult to find a large enough place to accommodate us. Harvey’s Landing was absolutely immaculate and spacious enough for all of us. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a couple days’ stay. The only minor hiccup we had was that the cabin runs on a water well. The previous guests had used a lot more than anticipated which left us in a pinch for an hour or two. However, this showed the great communication with the owners that ordered a water delivery the night we checked in. I would absolutely recommend anyone that’s looking for a place for a large group or get together!"

"House was large and quite adequate for our 21 people. Nice weather allowed for several hikes even over New Years. Great views and sunrises. Sunroom off kitchen was popular early morning spot. Large first floor area allowing game area, food prep area football watching"
