"I rented this last minute after making a mistake on another rental I wanted. I accidentally rented an entire house with privacy and had it all to ourselves with our dog but the accident was I booked the wrong week, it was the week prior to what I needed and lost all my rental fees. But I was desparate for a place because it was for my sons wedding so 2 days prior to needing it I found this place. It looked exactly like the last one I booked and the size seemed similar so I booked it quickly....

"This is a second floor apartment, requiring access by a staircase. We were aware that there would be stairs, but these stairs were quite steep and a little uneven. The interior is exactly as presented in the photos. It is comfortable and roomy. We were very happy with this, but the stairs were a bit much for both myself and my wife as we are both in our sixties. "Fabulous location within a 2 minute walk to lake for swimming and other water activities. 5 minute drive to quaint downtown Sunapee and 5 minutes to Sunapee mountain! We were in the area for a wedding and our family of 6 fit comfortably into the cozy cabin with an expansive screen porch and comfortable couch seating for all. Made s’mores in outdoor fire pit and listened to loons calling on the lake. Weather wasn’t great but we still had fun and wished we could stay a week. Wonderfully responsive...
