From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff, especially Joel, set the tone for our entire stay. Joel went above and beyond to ensure we had the experience we hoped for, even upgrading our room when the original didn’t quite meet our expectations. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made us feel valued, and we would return just for the exceptional service he provided. Our suite was incredible—spanning two floors, it featured two full bathrooms, a spacious balcony, a full kitchen, and stunning views. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a welcoming, cozy atmosphere with a crackling fireplace and inviting chairs, perfect for unwinding before heading up to our room. In the lobby, we discovered a refreshing filtered water station with flavor options; the lemon-mint was our favorite. The first night, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs, which were just the right temperature, and the facilities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We also treated ourselves to a couple’s massage at the on-site spa—a truly unforgettable experience. Though it was pricier than a local massage, the expertise and professionalism of the therapists made it worth every penny. Plus, we had all-day access to the pool, hot tubs, steam room, and sauna, enhancing the relaxation. It was the perfect anniversary weekend. Thank you. "

"Nice quiet getaway about 30 min from Stratton. We went off season to see the leaves in October so a lot of stores and restaurants were closed, but what is open nearby is delicious. The place is a standard motel, room was clean, coffee maker in the dining area, several lounge spaces, pool table, and a fire pit. Nice ski decor. Sauna, hot tub, and pool spaces were closed. Check in/check out super easy. Easy to reach staff, I’d return next time I plan on coming up here. "

"The deer valley inn was a cozy small guesthouse . The staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend the place . The staff manager was originally from turkey. Really sorry I forgot the name at this moment but he was wonderful . "
