"The pool heater was not working so we couldn’t use the pool. We asked for a rollaway and it was delivered, but it was too big for the space. I was kind of scratching my head about that. There was very little hot water. Showers were lukewarm. The ice machines didn’t work. The staff was very nice."

"I was concerned about the property when first arriving, but whenever I went to check in, I found the management to be totally attentive and accommodating. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staffing was short, but it didn't seem to matter. I would stay there again."

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The historical townhouse was spacious and afforded us space to spread out but also spaces to gather. We loved the period details and appliances. The one drawback was the train noise at various hours, but the noise didn’t ruin our sleep. The access to Idle Hour and Guest House was particularly enjoyable. We would all gladly stay here again!"
