Renovated Old Village Charmer, 1 mile to Shem Creek

Renovated and tastefully decorated home in the Old Village of Mt. Pleasant. Three miles to Sullivan's Island, one mile to Shem Creek and five miles to Downtown Charleston! Updated kitchen, equipt for cooking and eating, W/D combo unit, the living area has a smart TV and a dining area for four, hardwoods throughout. The first bedroom comes with a queen bed, the second has twin beds and smart TV. Fenced-in backyard with picnic area and grill, front porch dining table as well. If interested in the grill, please text me once booked for safety instructions. Technically a duplex but lives like a house with its own yard, partking, etc. A high chair attachment is available upon request. Less than a mile to three parks, close to nearly everything on the South side of Mt. Pleasant. One low-shed dog (or two under 20lbs low-shed dogs) welcome with pet fee. Quaint Cottage
Clean cozy cottage in a great location. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy accessibility to all attractions both on the water and downtown Charleston. I would recommend this property.

Great neighborhood
We really enjoyed the duplex and loved the neighborhood. My wife and I walked to the Pitt St Bridge, the village and all points in between. Great spot.

Adorable place!
Great little spot if you’re visiting Charleston! We come to visit family so we don’t often spend much time other than bathing and sleeping in our rentals - this place is otherwise very well located- easy to get to and easy to get anywhere from here. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Only tip I have I pack bug spray! This area has absolutely viscous skeeters!

We had a great stay here with our dogs. Everything was as described. It was just my husband and me so we had no issues. The bathroom and kitchen are small but comfortable. The neighborhood and neighbors were all very friendly.

A winner near Charleston!
Quiet and easily accessible neighborhood. The house is a short drive from downtown Charleston and the beaches on Sullivan's Island or Isle of Palm. The house is on the smaller side but was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. The availability of beach chairs and towels would be a nice addition.

Great Spring Break
My wife and I booked this VRBO to spend five nights taking our daughter over spring break. The location is fantastic, 15 minutes to most anything in the Sullivan’s Island, Charleston, and IOP. We brought our dog, and the hosts had treats for us and the dog. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, utensils, cleaning materials. Would absolutely stay again!

Great visit
We were there for a wedding on the Isle of Palms. We also wanted to see Charleston and the beach . So the location of the house was great for us to do everything we wanted to do.

Charming Home in the Village of Mt Pleasant
We found the home tastefully decorated, amply furnished and equipped with every convenience. The kitchen supplies went beyond the basic coffee, etc, and even included some snacks. It was evident that the owner genuinely cared about their guests.

Perfect location, just a short hop to downtown Charleston for our 2 day trip. The place was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Very nice neighborhood and the process was super easy. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay. Great neighborhood close to many amenities. Not far from Sullivans Island our favorite beach. The owner contacted us prior to holiday to be sure we didn't need anything which was very nice. Overall would stay here again.

This was a great place for our family to stay for spring break! Great neighborhood and walking distance to local coffee shops and Shem Creek. Our family with kids had the best time and will definitely want to book here again. So convenient to Shem Creek, downtown Charleston, and Sullivan's Island.
