Modern House in Old Village - Walk to Dinner - Bike to Beach & Shem Creek

Newly renovated home situated in the heart of Mount Pleasant, just minutes from Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms beaches & Shem Creek. Tucked away on a quiet, safe street, walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, grocery, ice cream & shopping. Bike to the beach or spend your day exploring historic downtown Charleston!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a spacious modern interior with an open floor plan. The kitchen features new appliances, quartz countertops, a large basin sink and is fully equipped - Brand new pots and pans, 8 place settings, Ninja blender and Calphalon toaster. Additionally, there is a coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-cups.

Relax under the fans on the back patio sectional with ping pong table and 60" Smart TV. Outside, you can enjoy the large private backyard with grill. Three Schwinn bikes are also available to cruise around town.

Living room is complete with full sized sofa, 2 lounge chairs and 2 Crate & Barrel leather ottomans. Breakfast nook can comfortably sit 8 around the dining table. The 65" Samsung Smart TV is complete with streaming apps, Youtube TV with 100+ channels and Netflix access. Additional smart TVs in the bedrooms all carry Youtube TV and Netflix access.

House sleeps up to 8. There are 3 bedrooms all fit with a queen bed. Additional 22" inch high queen blow up mattress available for use in the living space (linens and pillows provided). There is a high efficiency washer and dryer on site with complimentary Tide pods. Private driveway and garage can accommodate 3 vehicles.

No parties or events per town ordinance. No parking on street or on lawn.
This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. Please let us know if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay so we can replace or fix it right away.

Good place to stay. Got a little warm when AC went off. Didn't check out game area or fire pit.
Nice amount of glasses. Refrig clean Supplied flavored coffees. Lock easy to get in and out. Ubers came to us quickly and no issues.

This listing matched its pictures perfectly. The property was immaculate - so clean and well equipped. The bikes and the location made getting around very easy and fun. The only negative was the flooring was very "spongy" in spots

Cute Rental in Charleston!
My husband and I along with some friends came to Charleston for a short vacation and this rental was perfect! Was honestly in a perfect location, close to the beach, but also close to downtown too. Great amenities as well including washer and dryer and nice kitchen. We really had a great time on our trip and I believe this house made it even better! Would recommend to anyone visiting the Charleston area!

Cozy home in a great location
We spent our recent family vacation here and it’s been excellent. The location of the house is perfectly located between Charleston and the beach, restaurants and stores closeby. Chris and Dodi have been the most wonderful hosts. They’ve been accommodating any and all needs, and their communication has been immediate and helpful. Highly recommend the stay.

The location in old village allows for east access to Mt Pleasant, Charleston, Sullivan’s Island and IOP. Owners were quick and responsive to any questions and house was just as listed.

Lovely Girls Weekend Trip in Mount Pleasant
Great location! Very easy to get to the beach on Sullivans island, Shem creek, & a short drive over to the peninsula to see downtown Charleston. Lovely place to stay for a girls trip for the weekend. Definitely recommend the mount pleasant area.
