Summary:
Bright and open, mix of a vacation feel with a modern urban townhouse. Incredible location, 5 minutes from Shem Creek, 10 minutes to downtown Charleston, and 15 minutes to Sullivan's Island/ Isle of Palms beaches. Unit is in a townhouse community.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms , both with private bathrooms.
Master has a private outdoor balcony. Downstairs has open living space/kitchen and patio

The Space:
Lots of privacy as there are two full bedrooms, each with a full private bathroom.

Wide open living space with large TV, two full couches, and open concept kitchen

Hot Tub is inflate-able, 83" diameter, 28" high. Perfect for 2 adults, up to 4 can fit

The Neighborhood:
Great mix of family activities and nightlife. Mount Pleasant offers something for everyone. Some of the best things that are within 5 minutes:

- Shem Creek : This is a harbor area on the water with a public park, docks, restaurants, and bars.
- Memorial Waterfront Park : Public park on the water, underneath the Ravenel bridge. Fishing pier, playground, gift shop, grassy fields, veteran's war memorial.
- Patriot's Point: Maritime Museum
- Grocery Shopping: Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Harris Teeter, Aldi are down the street

Beyond this 5 minute radius, some of the other areas worth exploring:
- Downtown Charleston (10 minutes) : Historic city, beautiful views, exceptional restaurants, tons of history
- Sullivan's Island (12 minutes) : Beach community with public beach access and 5-6 restaurants
- Isle of Palms (15 minutes): Beach community with public beach access, shopping, a pier, and a few bars and restaurants
- James Island / Johns Island - (15-20 minutes) : Eclectic communities that border Charleston on the other side of the peninsula. Very natural with large oaks and lots of beauty, as well as good restaurants. check out the Angel Oak on Johns Island
- Folly Beach (30 minutes) - Hip/Surfer beach community. A throw back to another era...best waves in the area.

Getting Around:
Parking is ample at the unit. Uber/Lyft are other suggested options for getting around, everything is pretty close.

Wedding weekend on Mount Pleasant!
My fiancé and I stayed here for a wedding that was in Mount Pleasant and the location was perfect! Very convenient to a lot of things and the drive downtown took less than 10 minutes. Great place to stay!

The perfect getaway

This place was perfect for my husband and I with our dogs. Location was great! Super close to shems creek which has a bunch of restaurants on the water and about 15 min drive to Charleston!

The home was perfect for our visit to the area. Conveniently located to everything you need. We really felt at home and spent a good bit of time hanging out at the house. Hot tub was awesome! Don’t judge a book by its cover
The exterior of this property is not very appealing but once you enter the house it is cute and cozy. The host provides all the amenities you need, the beds are comfy. There were flowers set out, which was a nice touch.

Great Location
We were looking for a place to get to downtown and out to Sullivan’s for a trip with friends - this location totally hit that mark. We were also able to work super easily with David to get down and get in. Fun trip!
