Coastal Farmhouse Comfort

Freshly updated house tucked in a quiet neighborhood 1/2 way b/t Sullivan's Island & Shem Creek. Covered back patio with 55 inch smart tv, comfy chairs, gas fire pit, gas grill, dining table and mounted fans to keep you cool and the bugs away. Bring your dogs! Large fenced back yard with doggie bags provided and a hammock by the banana trees!

Pack lightly! We have your beach towels, chairs, umbrella, bikes and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need!
Boats, paddleboards, kiteboards- you have plenty of storage. Outdoor shower for you and a dog wash for your pups.
Only 11 minutes to downtown!
Harris Teeter and Publix supermarkets about 1.2 miles away(straight down Chuck Dawley Blvd), Trader joe's and Whole Foods are 5 minutes away.
Dog vacation rate is $100 per dog per stay. 2 dog max. Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Great Stay
Great location as it's not far from anthing in Charleston and the beaches. The host was great and in touch when we had questions. Since we come to Charleston often, we will be keeping this place in mind.

Mt. Pleasant Favorite
This is our second year staying here at Cayman’s Cottage and it is our favorite! It’s the perfect location to enjoy Folly and Charleston during one stay! We LOVED the back patio upgrade and enjoyed sitting out there at night! The owner checks in to ensure your stay is up to par! We can’t wait to go back!

This property is just as pictured. It was very clean and cozy. Highly recommended! The fenced backyard is a plus if traveling with pets. Close to the beaches and Charleston. The host was great!

Perfect cottage in great area
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cayman’s Cottage. It is very clean, comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the outdoor area with comfy chairs and fire table. Our dog loved the fenced yard. We will definitely stay again!

Great stay at Cayman’s Cottage!
The cottage was a perfect retreat for our stay in Mount Pleasant. Conveniently located with just a 10-15 minute drive Charleston and the surrounding beaches. Property was very well maintained with a great backyard. Would stay again!

Brandon was absolutely awesome to deal with. The house was perfect for my dog and I. The house was spotless and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The fenced in back yard was very peaceful and a perfect space for my dog to enjoy the sunshine. Definitely recommend this place, and I’ll be back for sure.

Fabulous Place and Stay!
Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! The property exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. Another Great Stay
This is the second time we have stayed at Cayman’s Cottage. It’s perfectly located so it’s a short drive to the beach or into Charleston. The home has a nice new covered deck with a gas fire pit that we really enjoyed. It’s obvious that Brandon wants his guests to have a great experience. We will be back again!

Top Notch Stay at Cayman's Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cayman's Cottage. When we arrived, the owner, Brandon, left a friendly note and a treat for our dogs. The house was very clean, and obviously well cared for. I really liked the proximity to downtown and the beach. I'd never been to Charleston before, and the location was great for exploring. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our dogs. Brandon is also very communicative and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Perfect Bungalow Near Everything
We really enjoyed this home especially with the great fenced backyard with covered patio. Very cute and nicely decorated. Isle of Palm and Sullivan Island beaches are just a short drive. Restaurants in Mt Pleasant are close by and Charleston is easily accessible. Would stay here again!

Great location
Brandon is a great host and right on top of anything you need. The house is spotless and in a perfect location especially for our first visit to the area. This is a nice well-maintained smaller home, with a great backyard (and a nice new covered patio!). It is in a great location with easy access to beaches, downtown, and Mt. Pleasant. Brandon communicated with us before and during our stay and was a great host.

A cozy & modern cottage for 2 + a dog!
A well equipped place and even biscuit/towel/toys/bowls for the pup! Location is perfect and convenient. The place is lovely and very clean & comfy!! The huge fenced backyard is private and fun for the dog to wondering around. That’s important for us taking our pup for a fun road trip! Great house in Mount Pleasant
The house is in a nice neighborhood and a short drive to our favorite restaurants and places we go when we visit Charleston. The house had many extra touches to make our stay comfortable and the fenced in backyard was a plus. When I had a question, Brandon was very helpful and friendly.
