This beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Townhome is gorgeous from top-to-bottom! Located in Mount Pleasant, SC, this home is nestled in a thriving area with lots of great places to see. It is just minutes from downtown, and two local resort island beaches! Just 5.5 miles from Sullivan's Island and 7 miles from Isle of Palms. Two assigned parking spaces for unit and ample guest parking available. Nearby are plantations, Outlet and Mall Shopping, world class dining and countless outdoor activities and festivals. A great way to stay and play in Charleston without being caught in the hustle and bustle! Minutes away from the famous Authur Ravenel, Jr Bridge where one of the largest 10k races take place every year. You can walk/run/bike or just sightsee from the paths on either side of this magnificent new bridge. A visit to the Mt Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park at the base of the bridge is a must! There you will find a large gated Playground for kids, picnic spots, fishing pier, plus gift shop, bathrooms and snack bar.

This home is approximately 1400 sq.ft and has been remodeled to provide an open floorplan downstairs with a modern kitchen, marble island, and stainless appliances.
The decor is upscale mediterannean with modern bath sinks. All bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor of the home as well as the guest full bath. with tub/shower. The Master Bedroom features a modern en suite three piece bath with shower. All bedrooms contain one queen size bed with high quality mattresses and ample closet space. Beds will be freshly made with towel sets laid out for your convenience. For your convenience, toilet Paper, paper towels, tissues, and cleaning items, are provided to make your stay easier.

A beautifully landscaped and fenced patio is tucked in back off the dining room/living room complete with gas grill, and outdoor dining table with umbrella.

I like the tucked back neighborhood. It’s central to everything. We also stayed there with my dad after Christmas so when this property popped up when I searched for a place to stay in February I jumped on it.

Perfect location for wedding at Creek Club
This location was perfect for anyone attending a wedding at the Creek Club. It was also convenient to lots of shopping areas, restaurants and bars. Easy to reach from the airport. The townhome was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend.

Great property, great location, and great stay
Property was easy to find, had convenient parking, and was in a great location central to everything Charleston has to offer. The property was clean, well furnished, beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen was more than fully stocked, and check-in/check-out could not have been easier. I only contacted Sheryl once with a general question (not a problem of any kind) and she was very quick to respond. My son and I had a great visit over the Thanksgiving holiday and this property was a big part of it. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Charleston area and will definitely look here first next time I go down to visit.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND AS EXPECTED. A GOOD LOCATION AND EASY TO GET IN AND OUT. ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO FASTEN MORE SECURELY THE FRONT DOOR LOCK, AS IT WAS A BIT FINICKY... BUT THAT WOULD NOT MAKE THIS LESS THAN A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. JUST A SUGGESTION.

wonderful townhouse and location
This townhouse was absolutely perfect. The decor and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and the furnishings are well above what are typical for a rental unit. We will definitely stay here again on our next Charleston trip. Only 15 minutes away from historical downturn via a very easy route.

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed her for a week to see the sights in Charleston. The place was nicely maintained, and the location--just outside of downtown, but well within reach of everything--was very convenient. Sheryl, the property manager, was responsive to all of our requests and quite friendly.

Wonderful stay!
What an excellent experience this stay was! We travelled to Charleston for my son’s baseball tournament, and we were a little unsure of where to stay. We found this property and could not have been happier. It was extremely clean, and there were many, many items already provided for us in the home. We had a few questions throughout the week and the property manager always got back to us immediately. This property was very close to a Publix and many restaurants. Downtown Charleston was also very close and convenient. We would definitely recommend a family coming to stay at this property. It was fantastic!

The unit location is 5+. The community is quiet and pleasant. The townhouse itself is quite pastors prime, needs extensive renovation especially for the bathrooms on the second floor general needs a major overhaul

Quiet location. Clean townhouse w many amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, even aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Kitchen was well stocked w all the baking dishes we needed. Beds and pillows comfortable. We had a leak in a bathroom and called to report it and the call was answered directly by realtor- did not have to leave a message or work through a 3rd party. Outside patio was delightful. There is a pond not too far away w benches that we enjoyed as well. Good location close to Publix, Chick Fil A, and many other shops.

convenient location
This townhouse was in close proximity to where our son lives. It was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and anything else we needed. Had to stop at store for hand soap, as a couple dispensers in restrooms were empty (no biggie/emailed and it was going to get taken care of for future renters). Lady was very quick to respond to my emails.

Great condo
Great condo, centrally located, close to everything we visited. Charleston is very close by and is a great city to visit had a great time there with all the great places to eat and see. Mount Pleasant was great also with Patriots Point and The beautiful plantations (Boones Hall). We also loved the beaches at Isle of Palm and Sullivan's Island. The condo is just as the photos and very comfortable. Had all the supplies we needed for all four of us. It was very neat and clean. We were very pleased with the beds, they were very comfortable as we were tired after a many busy days. We would for sure come back. Sheryl was fantastic to work with, I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit this area. Also a very quiet neighborhood.

Great property......close to everything
Sheryl was wonderful to work with. She accommodated us checking in a few minutes early and was a pleasure to communicate with through the rental process. The property was centrally located in Mt. Pleasant and close to many restaurants and shops and to downtown Charleston as well. The rental itself was very clean and ready upon our arrival. It was the perfect size for the four of us. It included a washer and dryer which was great to wash our running clothes after running the Cooper River Bridge Run The living area was a bit dark during the day but we didn't spend a lot of time there during the day so it was fine. The bathrooms are a bit small especially the master, but other than that, the condo was great. The outside of the condo is a bit older, but very comfy and cozy inside . Quiet area with no noise. Overall, a great stay and a great owner to work with.
