"What a fabulous property! Lake front, safe, next to a fantastic walking path, close to shopping, tucked in perfectly (privacy) so it feels like you are off the beaten path and away from the hustle of town. Excellent communication from the friendly and welcoming owner. This was my favorite spot we stayed in while in NZ. Highly recommend. "

"The place was cool and decently clean however a few things require me to give less than 5 stars. First we had trouble with gaining access to the unit several hours after check-in. Communication with the host was slow / difficult during this time. They claim it was a VRBO issue and I can’t prove otherwise but something to watch out for. Hopefully this issue has been resolved since. Additionally there were some minor things like a significant amount of mold growing on the wood counter top and slow...

"Victoria made us so welcome. Beds were comfortable. The space was clean and I loved the style of the furnishings. We had ducks greeting us on our first morning so it was one of our highlights. The sound of birds, wind blowing through the trees was soothing. So I would recommend to anyone to stay here."
