"All basic amenities provided. Good heating. Warm shower. Views of the lake from the deck. Easy access to the pub for dinner. Easily accessible from provided parking. We had a lovely, albeit short stay"

"Victoria made us so welcome. Beds were comfortable. The space was clean and I loved the style of the furnishings. We had ducks greeting us on our first morning so it was one of our highlights. The sound of birds, wind blowing through the trees was soothing. So I would recommend to anyone to stay here."

"The place was cool and decently clean however a few things require me to give less than 5 stars. First we had trouble with gaining access to the unit several hours after check-in. Communication with the host was slow / difficult during this time. They claim it was a VRBO issue and I can’t prove otherwise but something to watch out for. "Would not call it 5 star. Properties are dated, lounge chairs have seen better days. We were in a 1 bedroom suite downstairs and you could hear every footstep from upstairs tenants which you don’t want at 6am in the morning when you are on holiday. We had a dishwasher issue and the manager was very quick to respond. Suite was lovely and spacious and clean, bed was super comfortable.Personally I would not stay there again, nightly rate way too expensive for what it is. "

"This was a great room for a longer term stay. Cooking, dishwasher and clothes washer available in room. Although located out of town, was close to airport with a spectacular view of the Remarkables and the location was great to avoid the traffic congestion in town. Parking is limited, but we were lucky enough to get onsite parking each day of our stay. Worst case scenario, there is paid parking directly behind the hotel for a reasonable cost $10. "Quest was clean and the staff was friendly and reactive when I lost both of my keys on Christmas Day. Ugh, could've been a nightmare, but I was back in my room within 5 minutes of calling the help line. Beautiful view of the Remarkable Mts and walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. I walked to the hotel from the airport-maybe 15 or 20 minutes mostly flat and got a feel for the area. Convenient from the airport, but fairly far from downtown. "Quest was clean and the staff was friendly and reactive when I lost both of my keys on Christmas Day. Ugh, could've been a nightmare, but I was back in my room within 5 minutes of calling the help line. Beautiful view of the Remarkable Mts and walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. I walked to the hotel from the airport-maybe 15 or 20 minutes mostly flat and got a feel for the area. Convenient from the airport, but fairly far from downtown. I tried to follow Google Maps walking directions for little hikes, but there are a lot of construction fences around and I couldn't get very far. I ended up taking the bus to town and loved my time in Queenstown. I recommend a short walk from the hotel to Monkee's Asian Fusion for at least one of your meals. "
