"What a find! Our host Bill has done a remarkable job over the years of filling the home with interesting memorabilia. More like a museum than a bed and breakfast. Bill is very well organized and greeted us with a free parking pass and a full tour of the house. Never had trouble finding street parking right outside the door. Many restaurants and bars are within 3 or 4 blocks and the hills give you a workout to wear off the food. "

"Lots of character. The lady in charge, Mary, is very efficient, friendly and a wonderful cook. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Lots of stairs to climb with or without luggage. Spacious room with 2 queen beds and modern bathroom. Not too bad walking downhill to Water St but brutal walking back. Lots of steep hills."

Door closed, call emercency no, learned that I have been transferred to ABBA INN on Queen's Road ?? again door locked & no enveloppe with the keys for the door and for the room, long wait outside on the street, lost my evening waiting for help, finally a russian person gave me a key for room 6 in ABBA INN."
