"My oldest daughter was getting married at a venue in Meadow (outside of Benson NC) we found this property and realized it was only four minutes from venue location. My wife had family coming in town from Massachusetts and Alabama. We were able to comfortably accommodate the guest. The property was as described. Great view. Ducks, chickens, cows. Beautiful pond. "It was amazing.Being a successful Bed & Breakfast owner, there are a few items that could be added to make a stay even better. An outside light should be on and working, when it gets dark, it was extremely hard to park and walk to the front door in the dark. There should’ve been warm blankets on all of the beds. "Smithfield is the approximate mid point between us and friends. We decided to do a meet up and spend a weekend together. The house was perfect for dining and relaxing. The owners went above and beyond with accommodations and amenities. Housekeeping had the place immaculately prepared. We enjoyed our time here and already contemplating future stays. Thank You!"
