The host is very nice, and everything onsite is as advertised. I hesitate to even review this property for fear that after it is discovered, availability for my own future rentals may be limited! Still, I do hope that others may be able to find the peace and solitude that my family does at Cabin Creek."

"Soon to be wife requested an "experience" this year as a gift. And found being informed on an old mill turned cabin. The location made our Christmas that much more special being our first real snowy white memory. Cabin is unique and a view to envy and remember. The provided supplies and items in the kitchen cabinets were a huge help even while bringing so much of our own already. Great fireplace and the available trails are amazing. Truly a great stay. "The hosts are very responsive and did a beautiful job with this cabin. You can see the craftsmanship that went into building it, very clean and cozy. The pier on the pond with kayaks and a fire pit overlooking this gorgeous property are all nice touches. The only minor thing for me, I’m 6 feet and over 220 so the bed and shower were a little tight for someone my size. But I made it work. "

"Stayed at this place with a few friends for a long weekend in October and I have to admit it was nothing short of amazing! The house, inside & out, had everything we needed. The hot tub and paddle boat were a ton of fun and the game room is great for when it sprinkles and/or you want to stay up late. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be back soon!"

"This property is located around things and people, but somehow finds a way to be a remote cabin. It was perfect for a guys weekend, and what we needed it for. Love the pond for a cold plunge in November. The outhouse was nice! There’s bears around the property which was awesome. Loved it. Awesome host! "

"It was as described. We enjoyed the gas stove, birds, and took a daily hike. The host was quick to converse via text, and very considerate with nice touches like fresh flowers. The view and the vibe were excellent.It was a little challenging with regard to food because many of the restaurants aren’t open M-Thurs during the winter. I brought easy, quick things and also had a few items pre-made. It worked out perfectly."

"We traveled the country staying at VRBO’s. There’s a small part of me that does not want to give this property a good review as once the word gets out this place will be booked nonstop and year-round. This property was by far the best we have ever stayed at. You have literally everything you need from the minute you walk in the door. Attention to detail is an understatement. Communication with the host was amazing. I can’t wait to go back. "

"A hidden gem that is spacious inside and out. Enjoyed the stay. It would help if they had a welcome folder since there is no internet without wifi and no folder with the wifi password. Lucky we were going out and we're able to access the internet so we could get the wifi password. Well stocked with everything you would need. "
