"We loved staying here (two couples, two dogs). The house is so cute and spread out enough to accommodate 4 adults comfortably. It is perfectly located only a few minutes walk to the beach as well as a cafe and delicious sea food restaurant - which were both dog friendly! The host, Emma, was so kind and quick to respond to our messages. We will definitely stay again next time we want a beach holiday with the fur babies. "

The views are still to die for, the location is secluded and private and it is centrally located to explore the whole range. However the house was not as spotless as earlier guests had commented. "Nice clean and spacious house. Easy to find. Well equipped. A couple of things you may be unaware of Wendy. There are a free chipped pieces of dinner set and the toilet spray is empty. Would also be great to have some pegs for the washing line but overall a lovely couple of days."

"Excellent family & pet friendly home, very well appointed with lots of games, reading and swimming if you don’t want to make the short walk to the beach. The kids loved the park and children’s playground situated behind the home."

"Overall we had a fab stay at Mt Mellum. Due to being winter, we couldn’t use the pool but we enjoyed the handy location to everything and the beautiful views from the house. There were a few issues that didn’t really affect our stay, however our property manager Isaac was very attentive and attended to all queries and issues swiftly. Had a great time thanks!"

"We recently stayed here for a couple of days while attending a family reunion. We were so impressed with how clean & tidy the house was. Our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed playing & napping in the enclosed yard. The deck had a beautiful breeze which was lovely on the hot evenings. The location is fantastic, really close to everything. Our kids are keen to come & stay here again soon! "

"Loved the view. Loved the Thai Resturant. Outside Swimming lane pool heated a little for swimmers. Bed was too soft for our backs. Reported a couple of small maintenance issues."

"This house is great for a big family of group of friends. Easy access - the river is opposite and has a swimming beach and water activities. Alexandra Headlands and Mooloolooba beaches are only a short drive away. The granny flat is lovely and modern. The house is old but in good condition. We had a wonderful time. "

"We had such a lovely time and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. Such lovely views and so relaxing! Our fur babies enjoyed playing in the little beach by the jetty. The only problem was the next door neigbour….nosy, grumpy and complaining about our fur babies enjoying themselves. If you bring your pets, make sure to enquire about the next door neighbour as that really put a damper on our holiday. G1 agency was lovely to deal with, but a heads-up irt pets not being appreciated by the next...
