"***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had no control over the volume. The Roku remote did work for finding an app to stream something. If you are off island, and do not want to incur any international charges, whatsapp is what most people use in Guam. The communication was prompt in VRBO, but it was a lot . You will most likely told to contact an onsite property manager, who is not connected to the VRBO meessage system. This caused a lot of back and forth trying to get everyone on the same page and is how I found out they had more than one property tied to this listing. This location has a better living room set than the picture. It's now a long l-shaped couch if you and your BFF wanna lay down and watch TV without touching feet! Outlets were available in the bedrooms and kitchen, none in the living room unless you juggle some things around. I'd stay here again if i need to be in that area."

"This particular property is accessible to a lot of things: Payless grocery was just walking distance; if you don't have a car, there are 2 bus stops (same route/line) near it. One of their main stops/terminals is a 27-30min walk. The park to the area; post office, mayor's office, public library and a small mall with a Ross store is also within walking distance. The place itself is clean and very spacious. The kitchen has microwave, toaster, coffee maker and range stove with oven to make meals which we enjoyed. Ms. Dina and Ms. Queen were very helpful; quick check-in and out as well. Will definitely recommend this property"

"We booked this location for four adults. Dina is a gem, she offered us an option of a three bedroom home instead due to the circumstances that brought us back home to Guam. My family and I cannot thank her enough for the generosity and accommodations she provided. Dina also put me in touch with Queen, the manager for the home. Both Dina and Queen were easy to reach, welcoming, and responsive. The home is in a beautiful and quiet location close to the Navel Station. The home is at the end of a road so there was literally no vehicle traffic which was really nice. Check-in was super easy. The home is clean, stocked with towels, kitchenware, and a washer and dryer. It is a gorgeous home atop a hill with an amazing view of the ocean. There was strong WiFi so I was able to connect for work meetings several times during the stay. Air conditioning was superb and throughout the home. Both bathrooms were clean and the water pressure is amazing. All three bedrooms had comfortable beds and were nicely sized. The kitchen is spacious with a beautiful big picture window practically wall to wall. Cannot rave enough over the view. There is a full balcony with two separate sliding doors that gives the home amazing light and can walk out and soak in the view as well as appreciate the abundance of different trees that outline the home. We will be returning quite regularly and plan to always reach out to Dina for this home specifically. Thank you again for everything!!"
