This cozy unit is located within the first of three condo buildings at the base of Bryce Resort's ski slopes and mountain bike trails. The convenience of this property simply can't be beat: a 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort's main lodge, restaurant & bar. The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive. Kids and adults alike also love its easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building.
FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Aspen East #135 is a studio (one-room) layout with a retractable divider for creating separate bedroom/living room privacy if desired. This unit is on the third (top) floor with 32 steps up from parking lot level. Its slope-side balcony provides great views of Great North Mountain, the valley, and Bryce Resort's slopes, ski lifts and lodge. Guests have front row seats to all Bryce Resort Activities! This unit's vaulted ceilings and five windows highlight the great views and fill the condo with light. The reward is worth the steps! Mountain decor gives this large, open condo a cozy feel that you won't want to leave.
This unit has a galley-style kitchen and dining is convenient either at the eat-at kitchen bar or a small seating area in front of the large windows overlooking the Resort lodge. The living room features a substantial stone fireplace (not operable), comfy furnishings, and a flat screen TV. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed and a trundle bed (two twin beds) that comfortably sleep four. The stunning renovated bathroom features separate, immaculate powder and shower/commode rooms.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a cone filter style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.
The flat screen TV include an Amazon Firestick for signing onto your favorite streaming services. The high-speed WiFi internet is sufficient for working, streaming, and gaming.

This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions seven days prior to arrival that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.
Please DO NOT use the fireplace.
