The actual room itself was very nice but the bathroom was not cleaned and sanitary I was afraid to take a shower. All mirrors and handles were not cleaned properly. Housekeeping need to be better I will not chose this facility again

The person who checked us in was nice. Other than that this room was soo terrible. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months with an extremely dirty toulet, dust everywhere, and stains in the tub and on the walls. Dirty floors. Ceiling peeling off. Crumbs and what looked like dead skin on the bed. Extremely strong Oder of “grass”. Oh and a “medicine” deal taking place right by the front entrance! We checked in for one night…looked at the room…and decided to just take the hour drive home. Don’t waste your time or money.

The room was unkempt.The bathroom sink,walls and tub was dirty.The tub had dark spots and dried up glue in it.Apparently the tub mat was removed.I inquired about a mat and was told to use a towel.The hotel overall is outdated. I wouldn't recommended this hotel.

We will never stay here again. We had two rooms. One room smelled of old smoke and the other smelled of bad feminine hygiene.We had to spray the rooms multiple times to get rid of the smell. The bathrooms were dirty and had to be cleaned. We also didn’t have hot water half the time. I don’t understand why hotels in this area are in such a decline when it comes to service and upkeep of their facilities.

The room was not clean properly the bathroom glass was very dirty. This was my first time staying at Comfort Inn &Suite and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Our Stay was wonderful! The lobby was so elegantly decorated for the holiday and the front desk was very attentive and so helpful. The hallway had a wonderful clean scent as well. The room was super clean and all the linens were bright and crisp. Our only comment was there was no trashcan in the bathroom. That’s it. Everything else was amazing and we will definitely stay here again
