Enjoy the Sunshine state in our charming and peaceful home near some of Florida's best attractions! We like our guests to feel like family! We find our home to be very peaceful and in a safe neighborhood featuring the following amenities:

- Newly renovated 1400+ square foot home with 2 full baths, including 1 bath with a walk-in shower, 1 bath with a tub/shower combo, hair dryer, kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, electric stove and oven, huge refrigerator/freezer, microwave), faux wood flooring and more! Newly furnished with a European meets Southern charm decorating style that is both inviting and cozy and everything you might need for cooking; coffee and coffee pot provided.

- 3 large and spacious bedrooms each with a queen size bed, including a Purple #2 mattress, and Dream Cloud mattress with adjustable frame to raise your head. Sleeps 6.

- Great OUTDOOR living space with a nice size pool under a lanai, table and chairs under a porch roof, lounge chairs around the pool and an outside grill for grilling your favorite meal!

- Laundry facilities including washer, dryer, and iron/ironing board for your use

- Central air conditioning, heat and room air purifier

- WIFI and 2 SMART/Roku Televisions, one in family room is a large 65" TV; the other in the master bedroom with a large selection of DVD movies

Perfect Location
Everything was just as it said in the listing. We were there for a wedding and found this location was close to EVERYTHING! The house was well stocked and clean. We contacted the owners as a storm had knocked down some tree branches and Patty answered promptly and the branches were picked up right away. We will be staying here again when visiting family. The pool was fantastic and screened in, so no bugs!

2nd time staying was mostly good just some minor things not as clean as previous year. Sliding door to patio not qorking properly, outside patio area, concrete pretty dirty needs a good power wash. Grill not working properly but otherwises was great!

The house was clean and very well stocked! Loved that there were even little hotel style shampoos and conditioners in the showers. There were spices to cook with and pots and pans, laundry detergent, everything you need was there. It was perfect for our family of 6.

This cute and quaint home that sits in a small community in Mt Dora had all the comforts of home. The home is located within an hour of the Disney Parks and several beaches. The pool is a bonus too, and the owners keep it very clean and serviced leaving us feel comfortable to use it. The home had everything we needed too!

The location of the property was fabulous. It was close to everything we wanted to see. It was nice to come back to a place with our own pool after a long, hot day of shopping. The property was stocked with everything we needed and more. I do feel the cleaning was not great, they seemed to miss a few things. All in all the home needs a little tlc and some updating but it was a lovely stay.
