"The rental is very clean and very comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds and sofas on our month long trip. The only ding I will give it is for the bathroom and the entry. The bathroom is very tiny. The hill to enter the rental is very steep. There are a couple handles to grab at the top and you will need them. It was a bit difficult to manage luggage up and down. "Staff were helpful and not overly chatty. Checked in at 5pm only to be told room was not ready for at least another hour. When check-in time is supposed to be 2pm/3pm. Good paid parking. Hotel appeared to operate on skeletal staff. Room was very spacious and clean however, there was a big gap between floor and door which allowed cold air and noise to travel into room. Amenities were very good especially decent sized kettle for tea. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast offerings were very good both hot and cold. "
