"Enjoyed our stay at Gatekeepers. Very quiet, clean and perfect accomodation for our getaway enjoying the beautiful views across the valley. Loved sitting on the verandah whilst the bird life visited morning & evening and the horses reached out for a loving pat. I could watch the cattle grazing everyday (but then wait) adventure awaited in the faraway mountains with endless mountain streams running beneath the forest canopies a bushwalkers paradise. "Fantastic location. The kids had a good time feeding the chickens and pigs. We had breakfast one day with the fresh eggs from the chickens. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. As the kitchen and dining area are outside on the covered deck, it was a bit nippy in the morning getting breakfast. The lights outside on the deck and the bathroom window sill could do with a clean. "House was great, location and four-legged friends were delightful! Hosts were lovely, but we had to rely on face-to-face contact as there’s no wifi or phone reception in the area, which would have been great to know ahead of time! On arrival we were short on a few essentials like hand soaps, body wash and extra toilet paper, but overall our stay was excellent! Thanks Nara!"

"Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "

"My partner and I had a lovely stay here - the location was beautiful and looked just like photos. We loved the double baths and enjoyed looking at the stars and at sunset. Had everything we needed and we loved the cookie mix ready to bake in the jar - we thought it was a lovely touch Would recommend to anyone wanting a lovely, relaxing stay in the hills"

"This is a "Tiny" house - very small to what we expected but at least it has a large verandah with an outdoor table & seats plus 2 sun chairs where one can sit out and admire the lovely mountain view.
