Two luxury folding twin beds are located in the Ensuite walk in closet across. We find our guests much prefer this option to a sleeper sofa.

-Second Full Bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is next door to Bedroom 2 and has hall access.

We will consider up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs for an additional refundable fee of $200. Tell us about your dog(s) and let’s decide together if he/she is a good fit for our home. We’re sorry that we’re unable to allow cats.

No smoking or vaping.

Please note that this is NOT a party house and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 10pm - 8am. Thanks for understanding!
