Renovated, sunny lake house with breathtaking views of Squam Lake and the White Mountains sleeps two families comfortably with 2 masters, 2 guest rooms, 1 sleeping porch, plus a large Bunk room with 4 bunks. Masters have en suite bathrooms, plus two more full baths for guests. Sub Zero/Viking kitchen with granite counter tops. Tumbled marble & travertine bathrooms. Outdoor Shower. Excellent Wifi, Direct TV, A/V system, A/C. Generous western facing deck offers expansive views and the best sunsets on Squam Lake. 12 acre property has private tennis court (w/ tennis backboard and basket ball hoop), a large flat lawn for games and 200 feet of private shoreline (w/ dock and small beach). Private 18 Foot Aqua Lily Pad (floating foam island water mat) and four kayaks included. Separate ping pong cabin. Maximum people 10-12. NO pets/dogs or rental price negotiations (please refrain from asking).

Beautiful spot, amazing home
A huge, beautiful, modern home with the most spectacular sunset views. Our family could not have had a more wonderful time on Squam.

Plenty of room for all of us! Lots of waterfront fun on an uncrowded part of the lake! Nicely decorated with quality decor and can't think of anything we might have needed that wasn't already there. Children had a great time on the tennis court playing pickleball and basketball. Short walk to a hiking trail. And a short drive to Beede Falls. When we asked our oldest grandson what he liked best he shouted "Everything"!

Magnificent home
Our family of 9 spent a delightful 2 weeks gazing out at Squam Lake. While the house is across the street from the lake, it is a short, pleasurable walk to its expansive beach and docks. We rented boats for the time we were here. The home's docks are in a calm lovely protected spot on the lake. We plan to return next year to create more magical memories
