Pet-friendly condo with lake view porch & beach!

Recently renovated with new flooring (2023) 1 large bedroom condo located in a peaceful neighborhood in Center Harbor on Lake Winnipesauke. Private beach with waterfront fire pit and private porch with lake views. Single step required to enter the unit. Walking distance to downtown Center Harbor with EM Heath supermarket, Dunkin Donuts and local restaurants, Gusto Tap House, Rubb 'n' Butts barbecue and Center Harbor Diner . You can also walk down the street to Wild Meadow, rent a kayak or paddle board, and enjoy a ride on the lake. There are two full baths, one queen bed, one full bed, and a pull out couch. Kitchen area offers a sink with an air fryer, hot plates, refrigerator, and air conditioner. The property is pet-friendly, so enjoy the time away with your pet by your side. We also have a dock, raft, and lots of lawn space for your children to play!

RECENTLY RENOVATED CONDO. MISLEADING
TROUBLE WITH DIGTIAL DOOR LOCK. THAT DID NOT LOCK OR OPEN ALL THE TIME. TOILET THAT DID NOT FLUSH CORRECTLY. OWNER KNEW ABOUT BOTH THESE ISSUES AND DID NOT ADDRESS PROBLEM BEFORE WE GOT THERE. ELECTRIAL OUTLET PULLS OUT OF THE WALL. SHOWER HANDLE WAS BROKEN OFF, PORCH FURNITURE CUSHIONS WERE VERY DIRTY. PROPANE GRILL WAS VERY DIRTY AND IN POOR CONDITION. POTS AND PANS WILL TEFLON SCRATCHES IN THEM.. DIRTY PANS. DIRTY SINK FAUCETS. PORCH CANOPY COLLASPED. HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURES AS PROOF. TRASH ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR WHEN WE ARRIVED. HOLES IN SEVERAL SCREENS. BROKEN PORCH FURITURE. PLUMBER WAS CALLED AND SHOWED UP ON THURSDAY WHILE WE WERE OUT ON THE LAKE SO WE HAD TO COME BACK IN. LOCKSMITH WAS GOING TO SHOW UP ON FRIDAY BETWEEN 12 NOON AND 2PM. WE CANCELLED APPOINTMENT SO WE WOULD NOT LOSE MORE TIME ON THE LAKE. WE LEFT ON SATURDAY MORNING. BARRICADED THE DOOR EVERY NIGHT WITH CHAIRS. WISH I COULD POST PICTURES. VERY UNHAPPY WITH RENTAL. EVEN VRBO AGENT STATED THE GRILL AND PORCH FURNITURE WERE IN UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION. FELT UNSAFE SLEEPING AT NIGHT. NEVER USED GRILL OR COOKED AT THIS ROOM. HAVE SCREEN SHOTS THAT THE OWNER STATED SHE KNEW ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH DOOR NOT LOCKING AND OPENING CORRECTLY. THERE ARE OTHER RECENT NEGATIVE REVIEW ON OTHER WEBSITES. FILLED COMPLAINT WITH VRBO AND THEY STATED NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT MY CLAIM. SET MANY PICTURES AND A COUPLE OF VIDEOS DON'T KNOW WHAT MORE EVIDENCE IS NEEDED AS PROOF.
