"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

"This is in a retirement complex within walking distance (1km) of the centre of Lisieux. The room we had was good, with a kitchen with Hob and microwave and a dining area. At the weekend the access to the building is by key code and the reception is not manned all the time. Very quiet. The set up seems quite surreal, but actually works well."

"Not enough instruction. I thought it was a hotel. Because, once I have stayed in the golf. It was the hotel. No front desk, no soap, no shampoo, no tissues. At 9 pm we had to go out to buy all those. Stores were closed. If we were told those we needed to buy, we could have done it before we checked in. Then we couldn’t find bedding, if the instructions were written where we can find, it could been much easier. We spend unnecessary hours to search. "
