A éviter absolument : surbooking régulier
Dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel, nous avions une réservation de 5 chambres, déjà payées, pour un montant total de 850€. A notre arrivée, le personnel nous annonce qu'il y a eu du surbooking, que l'hôtel est complet et qu'il manque une chambre. L'alternative proposée est un autre hôtel situé à 45 minutes à pied (sachant que nous n'avions pas de voiture). Aucun geste commercial n'a été effectué et nous avons même dû régler la taxe de séjour (2€/chambres). Concernant le remboursement de la chambre manquante, le personnel s'est dédouané en nous demandant de gérer ça avec le site de réservation. Je précise également qu'une autre personne, qui ne faisait pas parti de notre groupe, a également été confrontée à la même situation, le même jour. Ce qui atteste d'un problème régulier et récurrent (tout comme d'autres commentaires sur cet hôtel qui confirment le problème).

Séjour pour un mariage dans la région de Moulins. Logés dans la maison annexe, sans ascenseur, au 2eme étage, sans aide pour montée notre bagage, mais au calme. Une piscine petite, extérieur. Parking voiture 8€. Beau centre ville visité à pied.

Bel hôtel mais l’accueil surtout à l’arrivée très impersonnel. Accor ferait bien de proposer une formation à la relation client. Je viens dans cet hôtel depuis longtemps mais je commence à me lasser. Travailler dans l’hôtellerie c’est de soucier de fidéliser la clientèle : poser des questions, s’intéresser à l’autre. Et… expliquer comment fonctionne le buffet du petit déjeuner.
