"We had booked a disabled access room. The hotel advertised a restaurant which would be open. We arrived half an hour before the check in time of 2.00pm. The receptionist asked us to wait. The Bar was closed so we sat in the car. At 2.00pm we went to check in to be told the lift was not working and we had a room on the first floor! Too many steps for me to cope with. So we could not stay there. They booked us in at another Ibis but gave us the wrong address! We eventually found the hotel and were reasonably pleased, except their restaurant was closed! The hotel was also much further away from the town centre than we wanted to be. We cannot understand why the receptionist at the original hotel did not tell us about the lift when we first made contact. We also incurred charges for breakfast which we think was included in the original hotel. They also charged for our dog. Not at all happy. Instead of sight seeing we spent the afternoon sitting in the car or driving between hotel car parks. Will not book an Ibis hotel again."

"Charming little hotel tucked away in the narrow streets of Arles. I was not expecting anyone to speak English in such a small town but they had someone who did. They originally put me in an upper room but with no elevator, I was struggling to climb the stairs. They noticed this and moved me to a ground floor room without me asking. "

"This was a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property is gorgeous. The room is small but lovely- nice bathroom and bathtub. We had a fantastic dinner at the gourmet restaurant. Outstanding. The server was lovely. We took their shuttle into town and that was great. Got to the market and did some shopping. Concierge super helpful also. My only comment is I did not like their pillows! Please get some down pillows for those of us who feel every lump and bump. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay. The spa and indoor pool looked great but we had a very short stay. I would recommend this property highly. "
