"I stayed twice at the Casablanca Marriott Hotel, once at the beginning of my trip in Morocco and again at the conclusion of my trip. During both stays, I found the hotel to be very nice. This is a five star hotel, that provides all of the services of one of such ranking. It is a very clean and beautiful place, with great service (from Reception, Concierge, to housekeeping). "Property is a bit tired - like most of Casablanca - but the staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. Big shout out to the spa staff who effectively reopened the pool and pool service facilities during our stay."

"The best service i ever experienced, on the reception they have mohamed and mohssine who have been good and very efficient and very welcoming, on the restaurant yassine was very welcoming too. they changed my room after a small issue in the smell, it was very good two nights. The only issue was the breakfast buffet needed more option and more freshness"

"We were initially given a dirty room. This was corrected promptly. The dining table in the room was really worn out with scuffs everywhere. The walls were stained. WiFi was decent as was the air con. Unfortunately, the lock on our door didn’t work and we spent the days there with a door that would never lock. We had someone walk into our room early in the morning. "

"Lovely central location, good eager service, pretty view from bedroom, filling breakfast but hotel itself is in need of renovation, updating and modernizing and better lighting. Room lights, walls, flooring, bed mattress, bathroom…all challenging for elderly tourists. Pool was warm and good for lap swimming. We will return because the staff was great! Very welcoming"

"First and foremost, for a 4-star hotel, this is the first time I heard of a hotel not having towel upon check-in. Second, they are very poor with responding to emails; we’ve had to send multiple emails in order to receive a simple yes or no answer (e.g. airport pick and drop-off). Ramadan at front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating as he was able to give us an early check-in which we’re thankful for. Excellent central base for exploring Casablanca

"This hotel is very centrally located, convenient for business or tourism. The fixtures are slightly dated, but everything is well maintained. The gym is very good and modern. The food here was outstanding - great breakfast buffet, very decent lunch in the lobby lounge, and a wonderful Moroccan restaurant for dinner. Very warm and friendly service. "
