- 2 min drive from the Grocery stores (Casino & Grand Frais & Picard), Pharmacy, Bakery
- 15 min drive from the center of Cannes, 4 min drive from the center of Mouans-Sartoux, 6 min drive from A8 highway, 5 min walk to bus stop, 15 min walk from train station

ATTENTION: one of the bedrooms does not have window and has a convertible sofa

- The owner lives on the second floor of the house, but the first floor is completely dedicated to you
- The garden is not fenced, please be mindful if you bring pets or young children
